Director Engineering – Peter Boswell
Peter has thirty years experience in the drilling industry both in the field and in management. He is chief designer responsible for the development of the Bostech Aircore systems, drill rigs, high-pressure slim-line face sampling hammers and break out systems.
Director Operations - Duncan McConachy
Duncan McConachy, prior to joining Bostech, held senior management positions in multi-national companies in Australia, Canada and Asia. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in many disciplines of drilling.
Accounts – Vicki Zuvella
Vicki has been with the company for seven years and is responsible for all invoicing and account enquiries.
Administration – Joanne Robinson
Joanne is responsible for administration, including quality assurance, site entry compliances and personnel training requirements. Joanne has over 15 years Administration experience with and accounting, safety and project management background.
Drilling Supervisor / Trainer - Hamish Maxwell
Hamish has been with the company for five years. He is currently the Drilling Supervisor / Trainer and is experienced in Aircore, RAB, and Recon RC. Hamish is currently studying his Certificate IV in Drilling Operations as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is responsible for the training and mentoring of trainee drillers.
Senior Driller - Warwick Irving
Warwick has been with the company for approximately twelve years and has extensive experience in varied ground types, Aircore, RAB and Grade Control Drilling and comprehensive experience on high compliance sites. He is also responsible for the training and mentoring of trainee drillers.
Senior Driller - Justin Hrubos
Justin has been with the company for 5 years and has vast experience in drilling in many different ground conditions, Aircore, RAB and Slim-line RC Drilling. Justin has extensive experience in leading remote programs where access and supply logistics are challenging.
Engineering – Richard McMurtrie
Richard is a qualified machinist with twenty years experience in Rig construction, engineering and mechanics. Richard has been with Bostech for thirteen years and was previously employed as construction foreman in one of Western Australia’s largest rig construction workshops.
Senior Mechanic - Noel Quin
Noel migrated to Australia five years ago from South Africa where he ran his own transport company and heavy vehicle mechanical workshop. Noel was also a qualified insurance assessor in South Africa. He comes to us with over 20 years experience in the Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade.
Mechanic – Ryan Perry
Ryan is a qualified diesel mechanic with 6 years in the industry with a broad range of experience in machining, fitting, design and fabrication.
