We have designed and manufactured a new “Slimline RC” small diameter RC hammer to drill to 120 metres in basement formations. (This hammer is now part of our history as once equivalent sized R/C hammers became available from the hammer industry it became uneconomic to manufacture them.)
The rigs are ideal for lower cost RC Drilling in pits for grade control and sterilisation operations being compact, powerful and manoeuvrable.
Bostech can offer a RC face-sampling hammer with the ability to sample basement during a RAB / air-core program (prior to any further deep /large diameter RC program) without the need to change equipment, mobilise extra crews, provide improved surface access and with the economies of scale inherent in RAB / air-core drilling.
Note: A Booster Compressor is required to run the system to its full potential.
