The company will provide suitable alternative duties. Where this is not possible, early referral to a rehabilitation unit will be facilitated.
An accommodating return to work program will be established which is consistent with medical advice.
The safety coordinator will assist in this process by providing a link between treating professionals, service providers and the work place.
